HIPOW's OIL-E electronic oil mist purifier utilizes advanced electric field separation technology to achieve efficient capture of oil mist particles through a high-voltage electrostatic field. Its working principle is divided into three key stages:
1. Ionization Zone Treatment:
• High-voltage discharge electrodes generate corona discharge
• Causes passing oil mist particles to become charged (charging effect)
• Adjustable voltage range: 6-12kV
2. Collection Zone Separation:
• Multiple layers of parallel plates form a strong electric field (field strength ≥3kV/cm)
• Charged oil mist is captured by Coulomb force
• Oil mist removal efficiency ≥95% (for particle size >0.3μm)
3. Automatic Oil Drainage System:
• Integrated gravity reflux design
• Equipped with intelligent liquid level monitoring

This equipment is suitable for industrial settings such as machining centers and CNC machine tools, effectively handling oil mist pollution generated by various cutting fluids, including mineral oils and synthetic oils. Typical installed power ranges from 0.5-3kW, with air volume coverage of 1000-8000m³/h, complying with relevant OSHA and NIOSH occupational health standards. The recommended maintenance cycle is cleaning the electrode assembly every 500 operating hours; using a neutral cleaning agent can restore initial performance.
