- Dust Extraction Equipment: Equipped with the HIPOW GDM-FC series high-efficiency cartridge dust collector, with a filtration precision of 0.3μm and a purification efficiency exceeding 99.9%.
- Airflow Organization: Dust suction inlets are set on the inner side walls or top of the workstation, creating directional airflow. Through scientifically calculated air pressure balance, the hood face velocity is stably maintained at **2 meters/second**, effectively capturing suspended fumes.
- Dust Collection Handling: A large-capacity dust collection bin is configured at the bottom, supporting manual or automatic dust cleaning to reduce downtime for maintenance.
