The AS-E lithium battery vacuum cleaner is a high-efficiency cleaning device powered by rechargeable lithium batteries. Free from the constraints of traditional corded vacuum cleaners, it has become an essential tool for modern households, hotels, clubs, and vehicle cleaning due to its exceptional mobility and flexibility.

I. Product Overview The vacuum cleaner's dust collection structure primarily consists of three modules:

1. Power and Filtration System: A high-speed brushless motor generates strong suction. The attached filter bag separates the majority of dust from the air through centrifugal force and physical interception, ensuring clean exhaust air and preventing secondary pollution.

2. Collection System: The airflow rotates at high speed within the drum. Large particles and most fine dust are drawn into the dust collection bag inside the dustbin under centrifugal force.

3. Accessories: Includes various suction heads (e.g., floor brush, round brush nozzle, flat nozzle) designed to minimize air pressure loss and ensure efficient suction at the cleaning end. 

 II. Working Principle When activated, the lithium battery powers the brushless motor, causing the impeller to rotate at high speed and create an instantaneous vacuum (negative pressure zone) at the intake. Driven by the pressure difference, air carrying dust and debris is sucked through the nozzle and hose into the unit. The airflow first enters a cyclone separation device, where most particles are separated by centrifugal force and fall into the dustbin. The partially purified air then passes through a filter for final cleaning, trapping remaining micron-sized particles before the clean air is expelled through the exhaust.

III. Battery System Overview The battery is the energy core of the lithium battery vacuum cleaner, directly determining its runtime, power output, and lifespan. • Cell Type: Lithium-ion batteries are widely adopted due to their high energy density, stable discharge performance, and long cycle life. • Battery Management System (BMS): The built-in BMS is critical, handling charge/discharge management, power monitoring, temperature protection, and short-circuit prevention—key to ensuring safety and battery longevity.
