HIPOW Electrostatic Oil Mist Purifier Introduction

I. Product Overview

The HIPOW OMC-E series electrostatic oil mist purifier is specifically designed for industrial metalworking environments. It integrates dual core technologies: dynamic centrifugal oil separation and high-voltage electrostatic adsorption. It efficiently purifies pollutants such as emulsified oil mist and cutting oil mist generated during processes like turning, milling, drilling, grinding, heat treatment, and die-casting. It effectively addresses issues like oil mist polluting the workshop environment, endangering operator health, causing equipment failures, and creating safety hazards. It ensures emissions comply with national standards such as the "Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" and the "Standard for Fugitive Emission Control of Volatile Organic Compounds," meeting corporate environmental compliance and safe production requirements.

II. Core Advantages

1. Dual Purification, Excellent Efficiency: Innovatively adopts a combined process of "centrifugal separation by oil slinger disc + high-voltage electrostatic adsorption." First, over 90% of large oil mist particles are separated by the high-speed rotating carbon fiber oil slinger disc. Then, fine particles above 0.3μm are adsorbed by the high-voltage electric field. The overall purification efficiency is 97%. Purified air can be directly recirculated within the workshop or discharged.

2. Optimized Structure, Easy Maintenance: The oil slinger disc features a snap-fit installation design, paired with a quickly detachable collection tank, allowing for cleaning without complex tools. The electrostatic adsorption module is equipped with an intelligent pressure monitoring device, displaying filter status in real-time and prompting replacement, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.

3. Energy Efficient, Stable, Wide Compatibility: Utilizes high-efficiency motors with low energy consumption per unit air volume. Operating noise is only 76dB(A), complying with industrial workshop noise standards. The compact device structure supports various installation methods: floor-standing, machine-mounted, ceiling-suspended, etc. It is suitable for multiple industries including bearing manufacturing, automotive parts, IT equipment, and petrochemicals.

4. Oil-Water Separation, Resource Recovery: Built-in specialized separation device and oil guiding system. Condensed waste oil can be centrally collected and recycled for reuse, reducing both resource waste and waste oil disposal costs, achieving a win-win for environmental protection and energy saving.

III. Working Principle

1. Pre-filtration Stage: Oil mist enters the purifier under the negative pressure of the fan, first passing through a high-polish stainless steel mesh filter to preliminarily intercept large particles of impurities and some oil droplets, making airflow distribution more uniform.

2. Centrifugal Separation Stage: A high-speed motor drives the carbon fiber oil slinger disc to rotate, using centrifugal force to fling larger oil droplets in the mist towards the chamber wall. The droplets flow along the wall into the collection tank, achieving preliminary oil-water separation. Simultaneously, a refrigeration system assists in cooling the surface of the oil slinger disc, enhancing oil mist condensation efficiency.

3. Electrostatic Adsorption Stage: The fine oil mist processed by the oil slinger disc enters the high-voltage ionization zone, where oil mist particles are given a negative charge. They then flow through positively charged electrostatic adsorption plates. Based on the principle of opposite charges attracting, the oil mist particles are firmly adsorbed onto the plate surfaces, gradually coalescing into larger oil droplets.

4. Purification and Emission Stage: The coalesced oil droplets flow into the bottom oil collection tank under gravity. The purified clean air is discharged through the outlet, with the option for workshop recirculation or outdoor emission.

IV. Applicable Scenarios

1. Applicable Equipment: Various processing equipment that generates oil mist, such as lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, cold headers, die-casting machines, vacuum pumps, etc.

2. Applicable Media: Oil mist generated from emulsions (water-based cutting fluids), cutting oils, etc. Capable of handling oil mist containing flammable and explosive substances like diesel and kerosene, as well as high-temperature oil mist 50°C (special materials can be customized).

3. Applicable Industries: Industrial fields such as bearing manufacturing, tool manufacturing, automotive parts manufacturing, IT equipment manufacturing, and petrochemicals.

V. Usage and Maintenance Notes

1. During installation, ensure the air inlet is unobstructed, away from obstacles, to guarantee smooth airflow.

2. Regularly check the oil level in the collection tank. Clean and recover the oil promptly when the level reaches 2/3 of the tank capacity to avoid overflow.

3. It is recommended to clean the oil slinger disc every 1-2 months, and inspect/clean the electrostatic adsorption plates every 3-6 months to ensure adsorption effectiveness.

4. When the device alarm indicates abnormal filter pressure, replace the filter promptly. Ensure the power is cut off during replacement for safe operation.

5. If abnormal noise or malfunction occurs during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection. Contact professional personnel for repair. Do not disassemble core components yourself.
