Product Introduction
HIPOW PA-T Series Industrial Vacuum Truck adopts modular design, consisting of five parts: vacuum system, filtration system, ash discharge system, walking system and control system. The overall material is Q235B carbon steel welded into shape and treated for corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh working conditions with high dust and high humidity such as thermal power plants, piers and steel plants.
1. Vacuum System: A three-leaf Roots blower is used as the power source, with a pressure range of 30-40kPa and air volume of 1000-3000m³/h, ensuring strong suction and continuous output. The nozzle diameter (50-200mm) can be replaced according to the size of dust particles. The vacuum hose is made of steel wire reinforced rubber, with a standard length of 10m, which can be extended up to 100m.
2. Filtration System: A three-stage filtration device is adopted, including a first-stage cyclone separator, a second-stage PTFE membrane filter bag, and a third-stage HEPA high-efficiency filter. The filtration accuracy reaches 0.3μm, and the filtration efficiency is ≥99.97%.
3. Ash Discharge System: An internal single-screw conveyor with a screw diameter of 100-300mm is equipped. The dust outlet is fitted with a star-type discharger, with adjustable discharge rate (0-5m³/h), enabling continuous ash discharge to ensure stable operation of the equipment while vacuuming and discharging ash. The filter bucket is equipped with an electric lifting mechanism, with a lifting stroke of 0-3.5m. The filter bucket is raised by an electric push rod to facilitate direct loading of dust onto vehicles during ash discharge.
4. Walking System: Four heavy-duty omnidirectional casters are installed at the bottom, with a wheel diameter of 300mm, load capacity ≥500kg each, and equipped with brake function. The moving speed is ≤5km/h, adapting to flexible movement on uneven ground in workshops and piers. Manual or electric drive mode can be selected, and it can also be modified into a trailer type for quick arrival at the destination and start of work.
5. Control System: PLC touch screen control can be selected as optional, integrating functions such as blower start/stop, filter bucket lifting, screw conveyor and discharger control. It is equipped with safety devices such as overload protection, filter bag blockage alarm and material level monitoring, supporting manual and automatic operation modes.
