I. Equipment Working Principle
Its working principle can be summarized in three steps: "Gravity Settling + Direct Collection + Dust Bag Filtration." The specific process is as follows:
Large/Heavy Particles → Gravity Settling → Directly Fall into Garbage Bag → Fine Dust → HEPA Filter Cartridge Filtration → Clean Air Exhaust.
• The high-power motor inside the device starts, creating strong negative pressure (suction) at the suction inlet and in the collection barrel.
• Air containing dust and debris is sucked into the machine at high speed through the suction hose and nozzle.
• Gravity Settling and Direct Bagging (Core Feature):
The incoming mixed airflow first enters a spacious collection barrel. Due to the sudden increase in the barrel's cross-sectional area, the airflow velocity rapidly decreases. At this point, heavier particulate matter (such as cement powder, sand, plaster chunks, wood chips, metal fragments, etc.) can no longer be carried upward by the airflow due to gravity and will settle directly downward.
A high-strength disposable garbage bag is placed at the bottom of the collection barrel. Most of these settled coarse, heavy dust and debris fall directly into this bag. This is the key to the "bag-type" design and the "gravity principle"—most waste is separated and collected without passing through the filter.
• Fine Filtration and Air Purification:
After preliminary separation by gravity, the air still contains a large amount of fine dust. This dust-laden air is then drawn upward, passes through the dust bag for filtration, and clean air is exhausted.
